Our address is in Roker, Sunderland, not Newcastle. It's a real North East building, and it keeps your home off Companies House for £49 a month.

Where we are, plainly

Our address isn't in Newcastle. It's 94–96 Fulwell Road, Roker, Sunderland SR6 9QR. That's the address that shows on Companies House.

If you need a Newcastle postcode on your letterhead, we're not the right fit. If you want a real North East address that keeps your home private, with your post scanned the same working day, we are.

What is a registered office address?

Every limited company in the UK must have one. It's the official address for your company. Companies House and HMRC write to it, and legal papers can be served there.

It must be a real address in the part of the UK where your company is registered. It can't be a PO box. Ours is a real building at 94–96 Fulwell Road, Roker, Sunderland SR6 9QR, so it works for any company registered in England and Wales.

Why not use your home address?

Your registered office is on the public register. Anyone can look it up on Companies House for free. Other websites copy that data, so your address spreads further than you might expect.

If you use your home, strangers can find where you live. Old addresses also stay in your company's filing history. Using a business address from the start keeps your home private.

How to change your registered office with Companies House

The form is called AD01. It's free to file online and takes a few minutes.

  1. Wait for our email with your full address, including your suite number. Don't file the change before then.
  2. Sign in to the Companies House online service. You need your company number and authentication code.
  3. Choose to change your registered office address (AD01).
  4. Enter your new address exactly as we send it, and confirm it's an appropriate address.
  5. Submit the form. The public register updates once Companies House accepts the change.
  6. Tell HMRC, your bank and anyone else who writes to you. Changing it on Companies House doesn't do this for you.

To use our address as your directors' service address too, update each director's details on the same service.
