Verification and activation: £39 once
A one-off fee when you join. It pays for your ID, address, and sanctions checks, and for setting up your account. It isn't refundable once the checks have run.
Letters only. No parcels.
We handle letters on every plan. Please don't use the address for deliveries, couriers, or returns.
30 days' notice to cancel
Plans are monthly. Give us 30 days' notice and we'll stop your plan at the end of it.
